Jeans on broken plastic storefront mannequin, Novedades Prado, N Lombard St.
There’s been three of these from-the-waist-down mannequins out front of Novedades Prado for as long as we’ve lived in North Portland, at least three years now. I can’t remember if they’ve always been cracked like this or if that was a newer development, but they’ve been that way for a good long while at least.
