Face of horned, bearded figure as fountain spout, with white and red paint on eyes, on wall near public restrooms, North Park Blocks on W Burnside and SW Park Ave. I have no idea when this fountain last actually ran.  The old public restroom buildings its near and the lot around of it have been sort of a sketchy dead space for as long as I can remember; at least one if not both of the restroom buildings are closed at the moment and I think have been routinely so for some time.
